Once again Renmark Bikes and Boats prove their success by winning the Stacer South Australian/ Northern Territory dealer of the year award for the sixth year.
The dealer of the year awards were announced at the 2012 Stacer Dealer conference on the Gold Coast. Renmark Bikes and Boats Dealer Principal Dan Shawyer could not make it to the big event due to illness, however when Dan heard the news he could not be happier.
Renmark believe their key to success is stocking premium brands “stocking only quality brands and making them our sole sales focus enables us to concentrate on all aspect of those brands and provide the customer with greater sales knowledge and level of service” says Danial.
Stacer National Account Manager Drew Jackson comments on Renmark’s performance “ Renmark bikes and boats are a constant performer for Stacer, always reaching targets and endeavouring to improve their dealership and the Stacer brand” says Drew.
When asked why Renmark have won Stacer SA/NT DOY so many times Danial answered “We are always analysing what is working for us, where potential market shifts may be and working with Stacer to offer consumers a great deal”
As Renmark are a rural dealer they don’t receive a high volume of customers therefor they go above and beyond for their existing customer network ensuring they keep returning to the dealership.
Renmark also get involved with their local community whenever they can sponsoring their local dingy derby and taking part in the annual field day where they heavily marketing their on water day.
“Stacer continually receive positive feedback about Renmark Bikes and Boats, this is a result of the great standard of customer service that Renmark provide all their customers” says Drew.
This year Renmark are planning renovations to their workshop to improve efficiency and the overall presentation of the dealership. Renmark are also upgrading their website to enable online service bookings and a service price menu, aiming to complete these improvements by December 2012.
